You pay for the space on the sheet, not the number of designs. Every sheet is 22 inches wide in fifteen lengths, and your cost per square inch falls the whole way up the range — a 10in x 10in design is $8.00 on its own and about $2.79 nested on a long sheet.

Three steps
How to press a 5 Sec DTF transfer
Low heat, low pressure, hot peel. No scorched shirts.
1. Position
Place the transfer where you want it, avoiding large wrinkles. Press at low heat and low pressure — our film does not need a hot, hard press to bond.
2. Cool
Let the transfer cool for 15 to 60 seconds, or until it is back to room temperature.
3. Peel
Peel the film back slowly and evenly, keeping it low and close to the garment. If any part lifts, lay the film back down and press again briefly.

What artwork do you need from me?
A PNG with a genuinely transparent background, 300 DPI at the size you are actually printing. Leave a gap between designs on a gang sheet so they can be cut apart cleanly, and keep artwork clear of the outer edge.
If your file is not ready, Art Work Services is $15 per image with a 2 business day lead time.
Why did my design print with a white box around it?
Because the file had a white or black background rather than a transparent one. DTF lays a white underbase beneath every non-transparent pixel, so a background is treated as part of the design and prints as a solid panel of ink.
Check the file in a program that shows transparency as a checkerboard before you upload.
My edges look hazy on dark shirts. What went wrong?
Almost always soft edges in the artwork — glows, drop shadows and feathered fades that dissolve to near-nothing. Those semi-transparent pixels still get a white underbase, which reads as grey haze on a dark garment. Harden the falloff before sending, or let us clean it up.
Is a longer sheet always cheaper per transfer?
Yes. Cost per square inch falls the whole way up the range — about $0.045 at 22in x 12in down to $0.028 at 22in x 300in — and there is no length where it starts climbing again. Two shorter sheets never beat one longer sheet of the same total length.
So if you are reordering the same designs, fill the longest sheet you can.
How fast can I get my transfers?
Same-day pickup in Orlando: order before 12:00 noon and add Same Day Pickup at checkout. Collect the same day at 45 West Crystal Lake Street, Suite 183, Orlando FL 32806. Orders placed after noon are ready the next business day.
Pickup hours: Monday 10:30am–5:00pm, Tuesday to Friday 10:30am–5:30pm, Saturday 11:00am–2:00pm. Closed Sunday.
Shipping: typically 5–7 business days in the US. Tracking is sent with your confirmation email.
How long do transfers keep before I press them?
Around a year if you store them flat, out of direct sunlight, somewhere cool and dry. Keep them out of a hot vehicle and do not stack anything heavy on top — pressure and heat in storage can make the powder tack up before you ever reach the press.
Do I need an account to order?
No. An account is optional, but it stores your shipping details, keeps your order history and lets you reorder a past gang sheet in a couple of clicks.
