Sizes and pricing

Fifteen lengths, all 22 inches wide, from 22in x 12in at $11.95 up to 22in x 300in at $183.95. Cost per square inch falls the whole way up the range, from about $0.045 down to $0.028, so fill the longest sheet you can.

File requirements

• PNG or TIFF with a true alpha channel. A black or white background will print as a solid panel of ink, because DTF puts white underbase beneath every non-transparent pixel.
• 300 DPI at final size, sized to the sheet you are ordering.
• Minimum 2pt line weight. Thinner strokes and very small text can break up or fail to release cleanly from the film.
• Keep artwork clear of the outer edge and leave space between designs for cutting.
• Check your soft edges. Glows and drop shadows that fade to nothing print as grey haze on dark garments. Harden the falloff before you send.
• Color match is not guaranteed. Screen color and Pantone references shift when printed on film. If an exact color matters, order one small transfer as a test before committing to a long sheet.
